aryonplay Terms & Conditions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "aryonplay", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our" refers to aryonplay and the online gaming platform operated at aryonplay.vip.
• "User", "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the aryonplay platform, whether as a registered account holder or a visitor.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account registered by a User on the aryonplay platform.

By accessing the aryonplay platform, creating an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the aryonplay Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the aryonplay platform and, if applicable, close your account.

To register and maintain an account on aryonplay, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations, participation in online gaming by individuals below the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.
2. You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other non-individual legal entity.
3. You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence or access.

5. You have not previously been self-excluded from aryonplay or had an account permanently closed for violations of these Terms.

4.1 KYC Requirements

aryonplay is required under Philippine regulations to conduct identity and age verification (KYC) on all registered accounts. KYC verification requires the following documentation:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document (Philippine passport, SSS ID, GSIS ID, PhilHealth ID, PRC ID, driver's license, UMID, or PhilSys National ID).
• A clear selfie photograph of the account holder holding the front of the submitted ID.
• Proof of Philippine address: a utility bill (Meralco, MWSS, or equivalent), barangay certificate, or bank statement issued within the preceding 90 days.

4.2 Account Limits Pending KYC

Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may access gaming Services and make deposits but will be subject to reduced withdrawal limits. Full withdrawal access is contingent on successful KYC completion. aryonplay reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time and to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory verification.

4.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one aryonplay account. Opening, maintaining, or operating duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is prohibited. All associated accounts will be suspended upon discovery of duplication and the matter referred for investigation.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aryonplay account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

All activity conducted through your account will be treated as having been authorized by you. aryonplay is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.

If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify aryonplay's support team immediately via the live chat function available on the platform. aryonplay will take reasonable steps to investigate and, where appropriate, secure the affected account. We strongly recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account — this can be done from your account security settings at any time.

All transactions on the aryonplay platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP, ₱). aryonplay accepts deposits and processes withdrawal requests through the following authorized channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank Online Banking.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits are credited to your aryonplay wallet upon confirmation of receipt from the relevant payment provider. The minimum single deposit is ₱100. aryonplay does not charge deposit processing fees; however, your payment provider may impose their own charges, for which aryonplay bears no responsibility.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be made to a payment method registered in your name and linked to your verified aryonplay account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Processing times vary by payment channel and are set out in the payment terms available in your account settings. aryonplay reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. aryonplay reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with the fee schedule published in your account settings. You will be notified by SMS or email prior to any inactivity fee being applied.

All bets placed on aryonplay are subject to the specific rules governing each game type or betting market, which are published within the relevant game interface or betting section of the platform. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of gameplay mechanics, and these Terms shall prevail in respect of account, financial, and conduct matters.

7.1 Bet Settlement

Bets are settled in accordance with the official result of the relevant event or game outcome. aryonplay reserves the right to void bets, suspend markets, or delay settlement where there is reasonable suspicion of irregular activity, technical error, or where the integrity of the event is in question.

7.2 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or human error that results in an incorrect outcome being displayed or an incorrect payout being made, aryonplay reserves the right to void the affected bet(s) and return the staked amount to the player's wallet. aryonplay is not liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from such errors.

7.3 Maximum Winnings

Maximum single-event or single-session winnings limits apply to all game categories on aryonplay. These limits are published in the relevant game rules or betting market rules. aryonplay will not pay out amounts in excess of the applicable maximum winnings limit regardless of the displayed outcome.

aryonplay may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback, or other promotional credits to eligible Users from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published with each offer, which form part of these Terms by incorporation.

• Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any withdrawal can be requested against a balance that includes Bonus Funds.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash except as expressly stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• aryonplay reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time, provided that where a User has already opted into a promotion and met its conditions, their accrued entitlements will be honoured.
• Where aryonplay determines that a User has abused a promotion — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering strategies, or the exploitation of promotional mechanics inconsistent with genuine play — aryonplay may void the relevant bonus and any winnings derived from it.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the aryonplay platform. Violation of any of the following will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or fraud.
• Opening or operating more than one aryonplay account.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent time.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other unauthorized tools to interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including live casino or poker variants.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the aryonplay platform without the prior written consent of aryonplay.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aryonplay and its directors, employees, contractors, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the aryonplay platform.
• Losses arising from betting decisions, game outcomes, or wagering results.
• Loss of anticipated winnings, loss of profits, or loss of data.
• Interruptions to Service caused by telecommunications failures, internet outages, force majeure events, or third-party system outages.
• Unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude aryonplay's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

aryonplay collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with the aryonplay Privacy Policy, which is available at aryonplay.vip/privacy-policy, and in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

By creating an account at aryonplay, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy, including identity verification, transaction processing, security monitoring, and where you have opted in, marketing communications. You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time through your account notification settings.

aryonplay is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all its Users. 13.1 Player-Controlled Limits

13.2 Self-Exclusion

• A User has engaged in fraud, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in these Terms.
• aryonplay is required to do so by applicable law, regulatory requirement, or instruction from PAGCOR or another competent authority.
• The account has been identified as belonging to an individual under 21 years of age.

Where an account is closed due to a violation of these Terms, aryonplay reserves the right to retain any funds in the account pending investigation and, where the violation is confirmed, to forfeit those funds in accordance with applicable law and regulatory guidance.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the aryonplay support team. Any verified real-money balance at the time of voluntary closure will be returned to the account holder's registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeline, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

These Terms & Conditions and all matters arising from your use of the aryonplay platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

aryonplay reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. In the event of a material change, aryonplay will notify registered Users via the contact information on file for their account (mobile number or email address) at least 7 days prior to the amended Terms taking effect, unless the change is required by law or regulatory directive, in which case it may take effect immediately.

The amended Terms will be published on the aryonplay platform with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 14.
